Workshop: SSDI (Title II) and SSI (Title XVI) Work Incentive Rules and Overpayments for Hope Services Family Meeting, PacificaPeople With Disabilities Foundation’s Legal Director, Steven Bruce, was a guest speaker at Hope Services Family/Caregiver Meeting at the Pacifica Sharp Park Library on June 17, 2015. Mr. Bruce presented information about Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) post-entitlement/eligibility work reviews and overpayments for beneficiaries with mental and/or developmental disabilities.
