Seminar 3: Social Security Disability Work Incentive Programs

Purpose of Seminar:

To offer an easy to understand discussion of the various Social Security work incentive programs so that individuals can get a clear and concise understanding of very complex rules and not fear losing health insurance and monthly checks.

  1. SSDI (Title II) Programs including the Trial Work Period, Extended Periods of Eligibility, and new Medicare provisions.
  2. SSI (Title XVI) Programs including Plan to Achieve Self Support (Pass), Earned income allowance.
  3. The Ticket To Work And Work Incentives Improvement Act, including new health insurance provisions.
