Advocacy Update

PWDF continues to hold a monthly Legal Clinic for Social Security beneficiaries (SSDI & SSI) with post-entitlement / eligibility issues. The clinic is held on the fourth Thursday of every month. Attorneys will be available to answer a wide range of client questions, from earned and unearned income resource limits to the effect of marriage on claimant benefits. Please call us at (415) 931-3070 to make an appointment.

The Advocacy Program welcomes licensed Staff Attorney Dr. Ching-Shu Wagner. A practicing dentist for over 25 years, Dr. Wagner received her J.D. in 2013 and is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Since receiving her law degree, Dr. Wagner has focused on advocating for clients with psychiatric and developmental disabilities.
